Support Packages
We offer four different Support packages to our clients according to their needs and how they wish to engage with us.
"A Helping Hand"
- You have identified an issue and need some assistance in resolving it effectively. As a one off engagement you are interested in purchasing some external expertise to assist you achieve your goal.
Management Support
- Typically Clients have a recognised weakness in one of their business functions and are looking for some support for an individual employee in order to redress the issue. This can be coaching or mentoring or might be analysis and action planning along with regular reviews to ensure a successful outcome.
Trusted Advisor
- A regular commitment to be an advisor to your Firm including attendance at regular management meetings and an agreed number of days per month to address your pertinant live issues.
"Partners in Profit"
- You have a longer term issue that you wish to resolve, often involving major changes to your business, customers or staff. You wish to engage expertise over a longer time frame (12 months +) to ensure that you embed your change successfully and want the security of knowing that you are paying for longer term success.
